Are you a nail biter or picker? Do you wish you could grow them? Well I am one of these people. My mother was a nail biter… and I seem to have gotten her bad habit. Up until i got my braces when I was 15 i bit my nails…. these days I just pick them. Hence they aren’t pretty, long or strong.
So I am setting myself a goal… that by my birthday in January I will be well on my way to having healthy and beautiful nails. As a reward for this I will book myself into a day spa for my birthday to get a manicure, pedicure, facial and back massage. Sounds like heaven to me…
I will keep you posted on my progress.

Hi all;
Isn’t it funny how time goes so fast, there is only 6 months until Christmas. The Simple Guides are going well I am in the editing stages of A simple Guide to Makeup and A Simple Guide to Applying Cosmetics.
Have just started a new blog CinHar Style http://cinhar.blogspot.com/.
I have sold my first 10 copies of A Simple Guide to Skincare, and continually looking for new markets for this product.
I have almost reached my sales goal for July and already some gurennteed income for August.
By 1 September 2009 CinHar Publishing will be a self-containing business.

It’s so cool, I finally got my first ever booklet sent to the printers yesterday. The booklet has a colour cover, and on the cover it has the ISBN and a barcode…
It is great to see one of my dreams come true, now just need to get them back possibly this Thursday from the printer.
Once I have them in my hot littel hand I will take a photo of one for marketing purposes and I will put a photo on here so you can all see what I have accomplished… one step at a time.

So I got up the courage to write a new article the other day and submit it to and ezine that review content before it goes live. But guess what? It was accepted check it out http://ezinearticles.com/?id=2266952, it gives me a buzz, when someone else thinks my work is good enough.
Now all I need to do is get my first booklet printed, my goal for that to happen is 20/4/2009.
Over on Lulu I have A Simple Guide to Skincare, and a FREE copy of Faerie Alliance – Chapter 1, with Chapter 2 going up this Sunday for only $1.42, and a new chapter every Sunday after that.

Ideally it is a good idea to give yourself a facial once a week, but for a lot of people this is not feasible time wise; so aim for at least once a month. Look at it this way: you are giving yourself permission once a month to pamper yourself. To just chill out for half and hour to an hour to just relax.
For this routine you will need: a headband (and a hair tie if you have long hair; a hand towel; a face cloth/wash cloth; cleanser; toner; exfoliator; masque; facial moisturizer, any treatment creams that you normally use under your moisture, such as a anti-wrinkle cream; eye gel/creams; and aromatherapy oils that are suitable for your skin type.

From the moment that i decided to write my booklet on skincare to now has only been seven days, in that time I have planned the outline of my booklet, put the content together … which i had mostly written for assignments for my Certificate in Beauty Makeup course. And finished writing, as well as editing it a few times, and putting it into the basic layout that i required. To getting a couple of printing quotes.
It’s like … wow … but then thats the power of doing, or as the nike ad says ‘just do it!’ These are two sayings that i live by.
Also I have at least seven guides to write, and that’s just to start with. A couple of them have been outlined, and some of them already have files in there folders.
But lets not get too ahead of ourselves…Step one: Get ‘A simple guide to skincare’ printed and selling.
